Services Fees

Please be advised that effective January 1st 2008 we have new service fees.  The new
fees are $50 per first 30 minutes then $50 per hour or part thereof after that.  

All freight to and from MTI is to be organised by you, the customer.  We are no
longer offering freight service due to some bad experiences in late 2007 where we
were held responsible for late delivery by freight companies.  We will advise you
when your goods are ready to be picked up so that you can arrange collection by
your own nominated freight company.

All goods that need to be sent for repair are to be accompanied by a “Request for
Repair Form” which can be faxed to you or can be printed off our website.  If a
request for repair form does not accompany the goods, repairs will not be started
until a completed form has been received.

Unless otherwise approved by MTI Management, all repairs are to be paid for by
credit card before the goods will be released.

Effective immediately after hours telephone support is limited to MTI
manufactured products which are still under warranty.  Any one requiring after
hours support for products not under warranty will be charged a service fee.  

Effective 31st March 2009 all servicing, spare parts and music updates to MUZICOM
& Gaming Entertainment Solutions DOS based systems will cease.  A limited (office
hours only) telephone support service will be available.

We prefer that all service requests be via email, those who contact us by telephone
will be responded to within 2 hours of the initial contact.
